JAMMU, Mar 9: An elderly woman was killed after hit by JCB at Narwal near Fruit Market here today evening, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Meena Devi (72), wife of Vaid Parkash, a resident of Daru Gali Saheedi Chowk District Jammu.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu for autopsy.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
