KATHUA, Mar 16: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) JKUT president, Ravinder Raina today said that the Kashmir Files is based on facts highlighting the killings of Pandits who were a miniscule minority there.
“The Pak sponsored terrorists and separatists are responsible for brutal killing of Kashmiri Pandits in Valley 32 years ago”, Raina said while talking to reporters at the sidelights of a party programme here, today.
On the demand of Independent enquiry by Supreme Court Judge on the secretarian killings in Kashmir , Raina said that in some matters action has been taken and Yasin Malik like culprits are behind the bars in Tihar Jail and some people are acquitted and some have been released due lack of witness. The Film shows the factual figure about killing of KPs, he added.
He said the Pak sponsored gunmen and separatists killed the innocent people and pushed out the Kashmiri Pandits on the gun point from the valley.
Even the Kashmiri Muslims were also killed by Pakistani terrorists, he said. They (terrorists) destroyed the Kashmir. “If I got time I will watch the Kashmir Files”, he added.
On the swearing in ceremony of new Chief Minister in Punjab , he said that J&K will also get new Chief Minister who will be from BJP.
The BJP president said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi BJP emerged victorious in four states and beat the records. The victory was due to development model given in these states and every one got benefitted of these development schemes including Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians because the Mantra of BJP is Sabka Saath and Sabka Vikas.
“Our party does not believe in appeasement policies or dividing people on the name of religion, region or caste”, he added.
He said BJP will get plus 50 seats in J&K in the Assembly elections and party will form its own Government in the UT.
