JAMMU, Mar 19: Criticizing the former MLAs and Ministers who were responsible for the development of RS Pura South seat, DDC Member Suchetgarh, Taranjit Singh Tony today alleged that the aforesaid only believed in rhetoric as they did nothing on ground leaving the electorate lurching for even basic facilities.
The DDC Member was addressing a public meeting at Simbal falling in RS Pura South Constituency. He assured to bring all round development in the RS Pura South Constituency if the people will extend support to him in the ensuing Assembly polls.
He said that unlike previous public representatives and Ministers in the erstwhile State of J&K who never thought beyond lanes and drains, he would bring sea change in the development profile of the Constituency. “Earlier Lawmakers did exactly opposite to what they have promised leading to public misery and dearth of facilities in the entire Constituency,” he alleged, adding that instead of creating public infrastructure, they were busy in raising their personal properties leaving the people on mercy of God.
