JAMMU, Mar 24: Technical Employees Federation (TEF), of Power Development Department has alleged stagnation at various levels of the Technical cadre.
In a meeting of the Federation held here today under the leadership of Hardarshan Singh, Provincial president and Zulkernain Bhat, the members discussed promotion related issues of the Tech-III grade employees. They alleged stagnation at this level and no promotion is being ordered since long. There is sheer frustration among the workers of the cadre. They urged upon the higher authorities in the PDD to conduct DPC and issued orders of the promotion of this cadre. The employees were being forced to launch agitation, they added.
