POONCH, Apr 1: Many schools in Education Zone Mandi of district Poonch are running without head of institution, while the post of ZEPO at Mandi is lying vacant for the last about two months.
Reports said out of 8 High Schools in Education Zone Mandi, only 2 schools, HS Bedar and HS Plera are having Headmasters and rest of the 6 High schools HS Gagrian, HS Chamber, HS Dunugam, HS Batalkote, HS Gadra and HS Arai Malkan are lying headless.
There are total 53 Middle Schools in this Zone, out of which 50 Schools are running without Head of the Institution (Master) while remaining 3 Schools MS Chikhri, MS Lohilbela, MS Sib are having their HOIs.
Higher Secondary School Loran falling in Education Zone Mandi is running without Principal and the post of Zonal Education Planning Officer Mandi is also lying vacant for the last about 2 months.
Zonal Education Officer Mandi, Mohd Bashir when contacted said that his office is regularly providing this data to the higher authorities and hopefully these posts shall get filled very soon.
