JAMMU, Apr 1: Police continued raids at several places across Jammu and Kashmir for apprehending former Minister Jatinder Singh alias Babu Singh in connection with terror links and hawala racket but he remained untraced.
Four persons arrested by police in connection with recovery of Rs 6.9 lakh worth hawala money yesterday are being interrogated to get further clues in hawala racket .
Sources said mobile telephones of Babu Singh are switched off.
However, there were reports that he could be present well within Jammu and Kashmir.
Searches were conducted at suspected hideouts of Babu Singh, sources said.
Some more suspects involved in the racket have also been identified but they too have gone underground following the arrests made by police.
