JAMMU, Apr 3: Talab Tillo Police busted a gambling den with the arrest of six persons along with Rs 10,020 stake money and playing cards.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Post Talab Tillo led by PSI Rajesh Kumar under the supervision of SHO Nowabad Inspector Vijay Kumar and DySP Headquarters Jammu Swati Sharma conducted raid in a building at Puran Nagar and apprehended six gamblers along with Rs 10,020 stake money and playing cards.
The arrested persons were identified as Rahman Saha, Gunjan Shah, Kuldeep Kumar,
Raju Shah, Raju and Rahul Kumar, all residents of Bihar, at present Puran Nagar, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 35/2022 under Section 3/4 Public Gambling Act has been registered against the arrested persons at Police Station Nowabad and investigation started.
