JAMMU, Apr 4: Four cars were damaged in fire near DC Office here today.
As per police sources, a fire broke out due to short circuit in a transformer near DC office and later engulfed four cars, which were parked nearby.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and informed the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
Fire fighters along with tenders reached the spot and doused the flames.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the cars suffered extensive damage.
Peer Mitha Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
