SAMBA, Aug 26: The district unit of Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, today held two separate public meetings one at village Smailpur and the other at village Meen Charkan here, to discuss the issue of installation of statue of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji in the district.
The meetings were held under the leadership of president of the district Sabha Jammu, Navian Singh Jamwal and president, district Sabha, Samba, Inder Singh Jamwal.
A large number of people especially from Rajput Community participated in the meetings.
The meeting discussed threadbare the issue of installation and unveiling ceremony of the statue of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji, which will be held here on September 23, 2013.
Various speakers shared their views and gave suggestions in connection with the arrangements for the unveiling ceremony.
The meeting requested all the members of civil society to participate in the ceremony.
