JAMMU, Aug 27: A tipper today rammed in a Karyana shop and also injured two persons near Toph Sherkhania chowk, falling under the jurisdiction of Sarwal Police Post.
As per reports, a tipper bearing registration number JK02H-4534 was on its way to Toph Sherkhania, when the driver of the vehicle lost control over the vehicle and it rammed in a karyana shop owned by Rakesh Kumar of Patoli.
In the incident, two persons identified as Babli Tickoo, wife of Avtar Krishan and her son Aman Tickoo, residents of Subash Nagar also received injuries and were hospitalized.
The driver of the vehicle identified as Thakur Dass, son of Dhoni Chand of Vikas Nagar has been arrested.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Sarwal Police Post and investigation started.
