SRINAGAR, Aug 27: Three structures were today damaged in fire, police said.
Police said fire broke out due to domestic gas leakage in the residential house of Gul Mohammad Najar son of Ali Mohammad of Nowgam, Verinag in district Anantnag, resulting in partial damage to the house.
During the intervening night of Monday, a fire broke out in two motor vehicle workshops near Mirgund Chowk, Budgam, belonging to Tariq Ahmed Hajam son of Ali Mohammad of Narkara, Budgam and Tanveer Ahmed Dar son of Nazir Ahmed of Batamaloo, Srinagar, resulting in partial damage to the workshops.
Police said no loss of life or injury was reported in this incident. The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
