Strengthen PM’s hands for overall development of J&K: Kavinder

JAMMU, Apr 15: Former Deputy Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Kavinder Gupta has appealed to the people to further strengthen the hands of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for the overall development, peace and prosperity of the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory.
He made this appeal during a programme organized by Bharat Bhushan, president Satwari Mandal, BJP, J&K at Digiana, Ward No 45 here, today. During the programme he along with Vinay Gupta, BJP district president distributed old-age and widow pension pass books among fresh 90 beneficiaries.
While addressing the gathering on the occasion, Kavinder said that the Union Government led by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has launched a series of schemes for the common people across the nation. He said that these schemes cover every section of the society including the old age people who figure among the priorities of the Government. While briefly making the people aware about various schemes, he asserted that the BJP workers and activists are leaving no stone unturned in making the people aware about various schemes launched by the Government, besides highlighting its achievements. He appealed to the people to come forward and avail the benefit of the schemes best suited to them.
The former Dy CM reiterated that the BJP Government is committed to launch more and more schemes for the welfare of the people in future too. He also asked the party cadre to disseminate information about Modi Government’s flagship schemes in each and every household of Satwari Mandal so that the benefit of such schemes reaches right up to the tail ender in the line of common people.
Highlighting the achievements of the BJP Government at the Centre, Kavinder said that it believes in the overall development of every nook and corner of the nation and the people of this Union Territory can easily feel the difference with development works going on at unprecedented pace.
