RAMBAN, Apr 15: Batote Police today reunited a missing man with his family.
“Acting on a complaint filed by one person namely Shakeel Ahmad son of Gulam Din, resident of Rakh Jarok (Batote) that his elder brother namely Mohd Sadiq (age 48 years) is missing since 12-02-2022, a wireless message was flashed to all police stations/police posts of J&K and a special police team headed by SHO Batote Inspector Sudhir Sadhotra was constituted to trace the missing person,” a police spokesman said.
He said the team comprising Head Constable Kamal Kumar, Senior Grade Constable Mohd Sadiq, SPO Mohd Ibrahim and others after hectic efforts succeeded in tracing the missing person from Sanasar today. “Finally, the missing person was reunited with his family,” he added.
