JAMMU, Apr 18: The High Court has granted last and final opportunity to the Financial Commissioner Revenue for compliance of order dated December 31, 2021 whereby direction was issued for initiating the process of conducting elections to the Gurdwara Prabandhak Committees (GPCs) in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
“In case of further non-compliance, the Financial Commissioner Revenue shall remain present before the court on the next date of hearing”, Justice Rajnesh Oswal said in the order passed in a contempt petition filed by Satinder Singh.
After hearing Satinder Singh is person and Senior AAG S S Nanda, High Court impleaded Shaleen Kabra as respondent.
