JAMMU, Apr 20: A man died under mysterious circumstances in his rented accommodation in Govindpur area of Chatha here today, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Sukhyai Bhagat, son of Tina Lal Bhagat, a resident of Bihar, at present Govindpur Chatha District Jammu.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for completion of medical and legal formalities.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Chatha Police in this regard.
