JAMMU, Apr 27: Apni Trade Union president, Ajaz Kazmi condemned the Police action against the peacefully protesting NHM employees and their subsequent arrest.
Expressing concern over the situation, a meeting was organized at Apni Party Office in Gandhi Nagar, here today in which all the office bearers of the Party criticised the Police action against the NHM employees who were protesting peacefully for their continuation in the service.
“The Govt should accept their demands,” they demanded.
Later, a delegation of the Party including Abhay Bakaya, Sunny Kant Chib, Joginder Singh and others visited the DPL Jammu and met the injured NHM employees who were under Police detention.
