JAMMU, Apr 27: BJP leader Ritika Trehan and chairperson of Subhadra Foundation distributed books and other stationery items among the students of weaker section of the society at Sunrise Public School under the campaign ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhiyan’, here today.
After the distribution of items among weaker section’s students, she took stock of all the facilities available there for children along with Director of School, Manpreet Kaur.
“The children from economically poor backgrounds get every facility when they get enrolled in our Sunrise Education Institutes and evolve as stronger individuals to be successful in the future,” Trehan said.
She thanked the founder of Sunrise Educational Trust as well as founder Director of the School for making part of this distribution ceremony.
