JAMMU, Apr 28: Around 41 kanals of state land was retrieved from the encroachers here today.
As per police sources, an anti-encroachment drive was conducted in village Suketar of Tehsil Dansal District Jammu along Jammu-Srinagar national highway.
During the drive, State land measuring 40 kanals and 17 marlas was retrieved from the encroachers. Some illegal structures raised on the State Land were also demolished.
The drive was conducted by Tehsildar Dansal Dhruv Gupta along with SDPO Nagrota Pardeep Kumar and SHO Jhajjar Kotli Inspector Devinder Singh.
