NEW DELHI, Aug 31: Real estate consultancy firm Seer Acquisitions has unveiled its operations in India with the name Seer Realty.
Speaking about the partnership, Hamilton Butcher, General Manager, Middle East, Seer Acquisitions said, “We feel that there is huge potential to provide a clear and transparent service to not only Indian investors living here in India who want to invest into the United Kingdom real estate market but also providing a service to Non Resident Indians based in the UK who want to invest back into India.”
“Our focus at present is student accommodation in the UK which over the last few years has comfortably outperformed every other real estate asset in its class,” Mr Butcher added.
Mr Imtiaz Panjwani, Chairman, Seer Realty said, “Seer Reality is a one stop shop for Indians and will cater to all their need and requirements for any sort of investment solutions in United Kingdom.”
“Our endeavour is to spread awareness about the student accommodation market and its dire need in this country as a part of our initial business activation,” Mr Panjwani said.
Mr Panjwani also pointed out that “the product is for everybody, not just for students, as investment in Pound will be more prudent.”
