Four nabbed with sharp edged weapon

JAMMU, May 2: Bahu Fort Police today booked four persons under Arms Act after recovery of a sharp edged weapon from their possession.
“A team of Police Station Bahu Fort led by SHO Inspector Nayat Ali while on naka duty rounded up four persons who acted suspiciously on seeing police naka,” a police spokesperson said, while adding that during search, one sharp edge weapon was recovered from their possession.
He said in this connection, a case FIR number 122/2022 u/s 341/323 /34 IPC 4/25 Arms Act was registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and all the accused identified as Shubam Gill son of Pawan Kumar of Dogra Hall (History sheeter of Police Station Pacca Danga), Kuki son of Rajinder of Haryana Rotak (at present livng in Kabir Basti, Jammu), Rohan son of Bitu of Dogra Hall and Vinay Hans son of Tarsam Hans of Dogra Hall, were arrested.
The overall arrests and recoveries were made under the supervision of SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari.
Further investigation of the case was going on.
