SRINAGAR, Sept 2: Prof. Riyaz Punjabi, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Kashmir, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan, here this evening.
The Governor discussed with Prof. Punjabi, who is the President, International Centre for Peace Studies, a New Delhi based research organization, several matters relating to the advancement of higher education in J&K.
