JAMMU, May 11: Senior BJP leader and Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councillor of Ward number 56, Baldev Singh Billawaria here today started repair work of lanes, iron grating on drains and construction of culverts in Sector-2 of Gangyal.
Speaking on the occasion, Billawaria said, with start of today’s works many long pending demands of the residents have been fulfilled.
While appraising the people about welfare measures of Union Government, he said that BJP is working on the principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas to uplift every section of the society. Earlier he listened to the problems and demands raised by the people of the area and assured them proper and timely redressal. Locals of the area expressed hope that the pending works in the Ward shall also be started soon.
Harbans Choudhary, Ranjit Singh, Mulkh Raj, Jugal Kishore, Balwan Singh, Anoop Singh, Jatinder Singh, Hardeep Singh, Tajinder Singh and others were also present on the occasion.
