JAMMU, May 14: A man has been arrested for raping his niece in RS Pura here.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a girl with Police Station RS Pura stating that her uncle namely Subash Chopra, son of Krishan Lal Chopra of RS Pura allegedly raped her.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 90/2022 under Section 376 IPC has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and the alleged rapist has been arrested.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
