JAMMU, Sept 4: Government today ordered transfer and posting of KAS officer with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Masarat-ul-Islam, awaiting orders of adjustment in the GAD has been posted as Additional Secretary, Higher Education Department.
