KATHUA, May 20: Basholi police recovered an 18 year old girl of Bani within 24 hours after her kidnapping and arrested accused person from Himachal Pradesh for which a case FIR No.37/2022 U/S 366 IPC was registered at Police Station (PS) Bani.
Police said that a team of Bani police under the overall supervision of SSP Kathua, Romesh Chander Kotwal swung into action and recovered the girl from HP. The girl has been handed over to her legal heirs after completion of all formalities and further investigation is going on.
