POONCH, May 22: One person was injured as a car rolled down into a gorge in Mandi area of district Poonch last evening.
Reports said that mishap took place when an Alto car which was on way to Fatehpur from Mandi side met with an accident, causing multiple injuries to the lone driver of the vehicle. Identified as Nissar Ahmed ( 28), son of Mohd Bashir, resident of village Dara, Fatehpur, the accident victim was rushed to Sub District Hospital, Mandi by the locals of the area.
The police party also reached on the spot after some time. The condition of the injured was said to be stable. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
