Fortune Inn Riviera Jammu begins ‘Thai Food Festival’

JAMMU, Sept 5: Fortune Inn Riviera, member of ITC’s hotel group is celebrating ‘Thai Food Festival’ at “The Oriental Pavilion”, the Chinese & Thai Specialty Restaurant at the 4th floor of the hotel. The food festival starts on September 6 and will be on till September 15, for dinner between 1930 to 2300 hrs.
General Manager, Rakesh Dogra said, “It has been our endeavor to introduce Jammuites to all the Oriental cuisines at our newly launched Oriental restaurant, ‘The Oriental Pavilion’. As part of this we had organized a Chinese Food Festival in the same venue in July. Now we bring the Thai Food Festival. Thai cuisines offers exciting range of Vegetarian and Non vegetarian dishes, in starters, main course and desserts. We would be offering the most delectable delicacies of Thai cuisine at ‘The Oriental Pavilion’. This restaurant offers an open to sky view of the City, dim lights, magnificent view of the glittering Bahu Fort and Tawi River; and its ambience is further enhanced by the Live Kitchen.”
“The 10-day long festival will be a treat of the glorious flavours of Thai with an extensive range of traditional mouth watering dishes from the vibrant Thailand. Thai cuisine is one of the most cherished cuisines worldwide. We wish to bring out the best of this cuisine during the festival to give Jammu the real taste of Thailand. As space in this restaurant is limited, please make a reservation in advance” said Abhishek Verma, the Food & Beverage Manager.
Executive Chef P K Biswas said, “complemented by fresh spices, the menu will feature dishes like Tom Yum Goong, Satay, Tempura, Thai Red Curry, Thai Green Curry, Papaya Salad, Phad Thai Noodles, Thai Spring Rolls, Coconut Steamed Dumpling and many more exotic Thai dishes. We will be offering a Four course meal with options of Seafood, Non Vegetarian and Vegetarian Menus”.
