JAMMU, May 27: Several cops received minor injuries when they raided in Langotian village to arrest an alleged drug peddler here.
As per police sources, several cops from Police Station Miran Sahib raided the hutment of an alleged drug peddler in Langotian village.
On getting information about the raid, the people came out of there hutments and other residential establishments and started pelting stones on the cops.
In the stone pelting, some cops received minor injuries and were given first aid.
However, four motorcycles including a bullet were seized by police cops on the spot.
A case under FIR Number 55/2022 under Sections 353, 332 and 336 IPC has been registered at Police Station Miran Sahib and investigation started.
