REASI, May 28: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Babila Rakwal today chaired a meeting of district officers to discuss the Developmental Deliverables prescribed by the LG administration for the year 2022-23 regarding different schemes.
ADDC Reasi Jyoti Slathia; CPO Sunita Kanchan; ACD Anirudh Rai; CEO KDA Preety Sharma; AD Tourism Ambika Bali, besides other District officers were present during the meeting
On the occasion, the DC said that post Covid there was a need to put more efforts on performance evaluation of different departments so as to better the performance and ranking on the developmental index for District Reasi.
The DC encouraged the concerned officers of different departments to highlight their achievements, best practices, success stories, targets of previous year and current year and submit the data to the Planning, Development and the monitoring department for evaluation purposes.
The DC reviewed the performance of different departments on the basis of different monitorable indicators like performance in implementation of social security schemes, Skill development Schemes, Bank linked schemes, farmers schemes, students schemes, MGNREGA work etc.
The DC encouraged the departments to try their level best by devising mechanisms in their respective offices, including proper monitoring and also assessment of their subordinates working at their own level so as to ensure that the District performs better in each and every sphere.
