Weeklong FDP concludes at BGSBU

JAMMU, May 29: One week Faculty Development Programme on Emerging Trends in Teaching, Learning and Research concluded at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri.
150 participants from different Colleges and Universities across the country participated in the FDP, which was organized by the Centre for Hospitality and Tourism.
Prof Akbar Masood, Vice-Chancellor of the University, motivated the participants to use FDP learning in teaching and research to make it a success. In his message, Prof Akbar exhorted the participant to adopt the latest means and methods to impart world-class quality education to the students.
The Vice-Chancellor advised the participants to learn and adopt the technological advances to align with the current global demands. He mentioned that BGSBU has earned the distinction of conducting a maximum number of webinars, workshops and FDPs during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr Danish Iqbal, Deputy Director Centre for Hospitality and Tourism, presented the report of the FDP.
