JAMMU, May 31: J&K BJP vice president, Yudhvir Sethi here today claimed that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has been exposed before people of the country as senior APP leader and Health Minister of Delhi, Satyendar Jain was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case.
In a handout, Sethi quoted the statement of Arvind Kejriwal to a section of media to claim that he was shielding Jain and said that this exposes AAP. “Kejriwal always kept mum on corruption charges against his party leaders and the arrest of Jain by ED has come days after an AAP minister was arrested and sacked in Punjab,” he maintained.
Noting that former Punjab Health Minister, Vijay Singla was also arrested in a corruption case recently, the BJP leader said that AAP has maintained 100 per cent corruption record.
“If Punjab Health Minister was sacked then what stops AAP leadership in sacking Jain from the Cabinet. It clearly shows double standard of AAP towards its leaders,” Sethi said adding that BJP government has zero-tolerance against corruption and it will continue to target graft.
