RAMBAN, June 1: A man was axed to death in Madankul area of Doligam in Tehsil Banihal. As per police sources, a man identified as Farooq Ahmed Gujjar, son of Mohammad Shafi Gujjar of Gandar Panchari District Udhampur was attacked and killed with axe by another person identified as Irshad Ahmed Gujjar, son of Umar Din of Zabri Fagu at Madankul area of Doligam in Tehsil Banihal. The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of SDH Banihal for completion of medical and legal formalities. A murder case has been registered at Police Station Banihal and investigation started.
