BJP leaders hold meetings at Banihal, Kaskoot Ukhral

JAMMU, Sept 7: Meetings of BJP were held at Kaskoot, Banihal and Ukhral under the leadership of Rajeev Charak, State convener of Party’s Training Cell. He was accompanied by Vijay Mohan Thakur, district president of the Party, Ramban and Nardh Singh its district vice president.
The people who participated in these meetings highlighted their problems and accused administration of not settling them for years together.
Mr Charak said that there is no facility of blood bank at Banihal Hospital and doctors are not available in this hospital as well as other hospitals.
He said Primary Health Centre at Mangit has no specialized doctors and it is run by medical assistant only. The buses of Degree College Banihal remain grounded and they are not used for transportation of students.
Vijay Mohan Thakur said that out of 14 computers of GHSS, Banihal 12 are missing. He alleged that the work on Muhun Mangit road which was started in 2007 has not been completed till date.
