JAMMU, Sept 7: Renowned Cardiologist Dr Upendra Kaul (Dr U Kaul), Executive Director and Dean, Cardiology, Fortis Escort Hospital Delhi visited SRL Diagnostics Gandhi Nagar Jammu for OPD, today.
