RAJOURI, June 3: A minor girl was rapped by a local youth in Treru area, under Dharamsal police jurisdiction.
Official sources said that parents and uncle of 16-year-old girl lodged report with Dharamsal police today alleging that one Naresh Kumar, son of Sham Lal, resident of Sadda (Kalakote), entered forcibly in the room of the girl during intervening night of May 31 and June Ist and committed rape on her.
The police registered a case FIR No. 39/ 2022 against the accused and started investigation into the mater. The accused has gone underground.
