JAMMU, June 3: A woman succumbed to burn injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) here today.
The victim was identified as Gayatri Sahu, wife of Damodar Prasad Sahu of Chattisgarh, at present Mandir Mohallah Domana District Jammu.
She received burn injuries in fire incident in her rented accommodation at Mandir Mohallah area of Domana on May 27 this year and was shifted to GMCH Jammu, where she breathed her last today morning.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites.
Cognizance stands taken by Domana Police.
