UDHAMPUR, Sept 8: An Induction Program for students of Indira Gandhi National Open University was organized at Government Degree College (Boys), here today.
The programme was organized for those students who have been enrolled for various programs with Study Centre No 1250 during January 2013 session.
Prof Sudhir Singh, Coordinator of the Centre, presided over the meet. In his address he greeted the students for their judicious choice of opting studies through IGNOU. He also acquainted the students with the working of the university regarding the students and urged them to be more and more organized to avail facilities provided to them.
Prof Romesh Kumar Atri, Assistant Coordinator of the Centre, gave a detailed session on the mode of examination and evaluation, dates for filling the exam forms, fee structure etc.
Prof Romesh Chander Sharma, Assistant Coordinator, spoke regarding the admission details, counselling sessions, assignment preparation etc.
