JAMMU, June 5: Jhajjar Kotli Police arrested a drug peddler and recovered 10 gram of heroin from his possession.
“During naka checking at Suketar, a team of Police Station Jhajjar Kotli led by SHO Inspector Vikram Sharma rounded up one suspect in a vehicle bearing registration number JK02AS-2903 and on search, recovered 10 grams of heroin from his possession,” a police spokesperson said.
He said the suspect was later identified as Yasir Hussain son of Mohd Amin, resident of Gulmarg Colony (Bathindi, Jammu). “In this regard, a case FIR number 133/2022 U/S 8/21/22/25 NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Jhajjar Kotli and the accused was arrested,” he added.
