JAMMU, June 5: A free health check-up camp was organized today at RS Pura by Dr KD Multispeciality Hospital Jammu in association with Satya Sai Clinic, RS Pura.
The camp witnessed a heavy footfall of patients. A team of specialist doctors from different fields led by Dr JP Singh provided free consultation, check-up and treatment related to eye related diseases, diabetes, gynecology, chest related problems, neurological disorders; spine, knee and joints pain; heart diseases, urinary track and gall bladder stones, piles, skin diseases, treatment for baldness and diseases and problems related to newly born babies.
More than 500 persons availed the free check-up facility at today’s camp that commenced at 10:00 AM and concluded at 2 PM. Besides, the patients were also provided free ECG and Blood Sugar test facility at the health check-up camp.
The doctors who provided their services during the camp were Dr JP Singh (Eye Specialist), Dr Anu Priya (Gynecologist), Dr Ankur Malhotra (Physician), Dr Kaiser Karim (Neuro Surgeon), Dr Deepak Sharma (Pediatrician), Dr Nitin Sharma (Orthopaedics), Dr Najmus Saqib (Cardiologist), Dr Tejinder Pal Singh (General Surgeon) and Dr Rahul Gorka (Burn, Plastic, Cosmetic and Hair Transplant Surgeon).
Dr JP Singh said that he is trying his best to carry forward Dr KD Singh’s vision to boost health sector in the Jammu and Kashmir region. He informed that already big steps have been taken in this regard beginning with the opening of Multi-Speciality Hospital at Marble Market, Trikuta Nagar in Jammu. He said this Super Speciality Hospital has multiple facilities including Ophthalmology, Diabetic Specialist, Physician, Cardiology, Neurology, Gen & Laparoscopic Surgery, Pediatric & Neonatology, Urology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedic, Plastic Surgery, ENT, etc.
