Rajouri, June 7: Acting against illegal mining practice in river bed, Jammu and Kashmir police in Nowshera sub division of Rajouri seized three different vehicles being used for this unlawful practice.
Police said that a team headed by SHO Nowshera, Rajesh Jasrotia acted on the specific inputs, raided a specific location and intercepted three vehicles involved in illegal mining.
Later, these vehicles were handed over to DMO Rajouri for further legal course of action.
The seized vehicles include one Poclain JCB bearing Chasis No PUNJD20BLJ224107, one dumper bearing registration number JK11B 0778 and another dumper with registration number JK11B-5296.
