REASI, Sept 9: Police has arrested two persons for allegedly raping a deaf and dumb mentally retarded girl in a village of this district, last week.
The accused, identified as Mohan Singh and Qabla Singh of Aghar Jitto in Reasi, were arrested by a Special Investigating Team (SIT) after a series of raids.
The incident of heinous crime was reported in writing by father of the victim who was allegedly raped by the accused while coming home from a shop situated in the same village on September 3.
