Dharmarth Trust agrees to regularization demand of employees

JAMMU, June 10: In a meeting here today, representatives of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association (DTEA) and Secretary Dharmarth Trust took some decisions and reached certain agreements.
A handout stated that the long pending demand for regularization of employees working on ad-hoc/stop-gap arrangements was agreed upon by the Secretary.
He assured DTEA that the demand will be fulfilled at the earliest.
DTEA also took up the matter of ESI scheme and the administration through the Secretary agreed to take the matter to a logical conclusion and the Secretary assured that the Association will be informed as soon as the decision is taken in this regard.
The meeting was attended by Rajender Shastri, working president of Association, Sanjib Kumar, vice president and Surjeet Singh Slathia, general secretary.
