MUMBAI, Sept 10: Ashoka Buildcon has emerged as the lowest bidder for the project worth Rs 609.62 crore from Tamilnadu Generation and Distribution Company (TANGEDCO).
The project is for execution of distribution strengthening works
under Re-structured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme (R-APDRP) Part-8 in Chennai North & South Regions of TANGEDCO on Total Turnkey basis, company said in a filing with BSE
today.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in the country on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
