SRINAGAR, June 18: NC general secretary, Ali Muhammad Sagar on Saturday stated that the Party cadre has rendered immense sacrifices for safeguarding interests of J&K people and the Party will continue to do that in an unswerving manner.
He was addressing Party workers and functionaries from Handwara who called on him at NC headquarters in Srinagar.
“For NC, to deepen its roots ever more than before, it is imperative for our Zonal and District functionaries to value workers,” Sagar said exhorting Party functionaries and workers to take the Party mission to every doorstep.
“NC has done a lot in empowering people politically since its inception by providing a vibrant platform to the people from different religious and regional backgrounds and ensured their participation in decision making at all levels,” he maintained.
Senior provincial vice president, Mohammad Syed Akhoon; district president Srinagar, Peer Afaq and provincial vice president, Ahsan Pardesi were also present in the meeting.
