RAJOURI, June 20: A 60- year-old villager was found dead in forest area of Kandi in district Rajouri today.
The deceased has been identified as Munshi Khan, son of Shams Din, resident of Kandi area. The villager had gone to Mandu Galla Dhok and was cutting wooden blocks. He died there under mysterious circumstances. A villager noticed his body lying there, came down the mountain and informed police about the matter today morning.
A police party rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Kotranka hospital for postmortem. A case has been registered under section 174 CrPC in this connection by local police.
