JAMMU, Sept 12: The Government has assigned the charge of Private Secretaries to three Senior Scale Stenographers of J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service and ordered some transfers and postings with immediate effect.
The promoted Senior Stenographers are Sajid Rashid Bhat, Farooq Ahmad Banday and Syed Shamim Rizvi.
On placement as Private Secretary, Sajid Rashid Bhat continue in the Personal Section of the Minister for Public Enterprises, Haj, Auqaf and Floriculture while Farooq Ahmad Banday is posted as Private Secretary with Secretary Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs vice Nusrat Shaheen. Syed Shamim Rizvi shall continue in the J&K Public Service Commission.
Consequent upon these adjustments, Vinod Kumar Malhotra, Principal Private Secretary with Chairman, J&K Public Service Commission, is transferred and posted as Principal Private Secretary with Excise Commissioner, J&K, while Nusrat Shaheen, Private Secretary with Secretary Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, is transferred and posted as Private Secretary with Principal Secretary Home Department.
