‘Oriental Fest’ at Ritz Manor

JAMMU, Sept 12: Delicacies from six different South East Asian countries were laid out at the Hotel Ritz Manor’s  `Oriental Cuisine Fest’ which was declared opened today.
This special food fest shall go on till September 18. The Oriental cuisine  is not one particular distinction of food but a culinary diversity originating from its multi-ethnic population.  This will certainly be a new experience for the visitors to the food festival at Ritz. The experienced chefs of multi-cuisine  Jashan Restaurant will serve special signature dishes such a steamed chicken with Thai green curry or sliced fish with vegetable in rice wine sauce, depicting the unique aspects of  Oriental cuisine and amazing food culture of the East.
General Manager of the Ritz Manor claimed that unique gastronomical multi-sensory culinary adventures featuring mouth watering delights like Japanese Khushi Kastu too will be a whole array of popular and delicious fair that will scintillate guests’ plates and tantalizing variety of soups, salads, main dishes and desserts to choose from.
During fest dishes from six different Eastern countries will be served.
