Sat Sharma, others listen public grievances

JAMMU, June 22: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unlike other political parties does not revolve around a single family; instead, it works for the welfare of common people, stated Sat Sharma, former BJP president, while listening to the public grievances at BJP Headquarter here ,today.
Sat Sharma (CA), a former Minister accompanied by Ashwani Sharma, former MLA and Sanjay Baru, Urban Local Bodies Cell in charge, J&K BJP was listening to the public grievances at party Headquarter.
It is the high standard of dedication by BJP, which always pushes the party activists to continuously strive to serve the masses not caring for the personal benefits or comforts. It is a special type of noble feeling, which forced the party activists to approach almost every household in even the remotest areas in the last three weeks during the public outreach programme in the scorching heat. It is the commitment to serve the people that made the party leaders attend to the public issues and grievances daily,” said Sat Sharma.
Sat Sharma said, “Grievance redressal is the bedrock of a healthy set up and organization. And in line with the guiding principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwaas and Sabka Prayaas, BJP stands committed to it.”
During the camp, people from different parts of Jammu & Kashmir visited the party office in the form of deputations to represent the issues of their respective areas as well as their individual concerns before the senior party leadership. Main issues presented were related to the water, electricity, lanes, drains, roads, health, revenue departments etc.
Listening patiently to the various issues represented by the deputations, Sat Sharma telephonically talked to the concerned departmental officials and issued letters for the others after which he assured them that their issue will be addressed soon.
