POONCH, June 22: Police in Mendhar sub division arrested a shopkeeper today and seized 800 injections of banned Oxytocin.
“Acting on information that a shopkeeper was illegally selling banned Oxytocin injections in the market, a team of Police Station Mendhar led by Inspector Manzoor Kohli under the Supervision of SDPO Mendhar Sheezan Bhat, raided a Karyana shop and recovered 800 banned injections,” police sources said.
They said the accused shopkeeper identified as Nazir Hussain son of Mohd Bashir, a resident of Galuta village of Mendhar, was arrested and a case was registered against him in Mendhar Police Station under FIR Number 131/2022.
