Srinagar, June 25: Police today said to have arrested 2 minors involved in the Rajbagh hit and run case in which a man from Kupwara died, along with their fathers
Srinagar police said that the fathers of the duo have been arrested under the MV act for giving a vehicle to minors. “A case has been registered at Rajbagh police station under section 279, 304 A of IPC and the vehicle has also been seized,” police said.
“Two Juveniles apprehended in hit & run case where one youth from Kupwara died in Rajbagh today. Dr. Shamin Bhat & Fayaz Rather, fathers of both juveniles, were arrested in the 191A MV act for giving vehicles to minors. Case registered at Raj Bagh PS u/s 279,304A of IPC & vehicle seized,” police said.
